Our Customer Services team are responsible for our passengers' journeys from the moment they arrive in the Terminal until they board their flight. The check-in team look after passengers as they check their bags and receive their boarding passes. Our Boarding team ensures that passengers board their flight safely, and our Arrivals team looks after the safe arrival or transfer of passengers arriving back at the airport.
Our Hub Control Centre team are responsible for dispatch, load planning and station control. Together, they ensure that flight is ready to leave the gate.
Our Baggage Handlers look after the departure and arrival of our customer's luggage and the aircraft themselves.
Our Cabin Appearance team ensure the planes are fresh and ready to welcome our customers onto each flight.
At the end of each day, our Maintenance and Engineering team are busy in the hangars working on our fleet of modern Airbus aircraft. Our M&E team have a great reputation for safety, quality and innovation.
